This field used to make sense in our pre-git days, but
the Signed-Off-By: line serves the same purpose (and
even more) now, so APPROVED has been rejected. ;-)

The download links for this are dead, and the author's blog
doesn't mention any recent development. David, if you read
this, and it turns out that I'm simply blind, I'll be more
than happy to re-add this into our repo :-)
