multimedia/libav: Removed (unused in our repo)
Debian (and by extension, Ubuntu) seemed to be the largest users of libav, and they decided to go back to depending on ffmpeg, so there doesn't seem to be a good reason for us to use libav either. Signed-off-by: Robby Workman <rworkman@slackbuilds.org>
