network/iscsitarget: Removed (build failure / abandoned?)

This one doesn't build any more, and it seems that the
maintainer *might* have abandoned it. If that's not
correct, then it can certainly be re-added after 13.37
is released :-)

The aim of the project is to develop an open source iSCSI target with
professional features, that works well in enterprise environment under
real workload, and is scalable and versatile enough to meet the challenge
of future storage needs and developments. This package makes all bindings
that are supported on the system.

# HOW TO EDIT THIS FILE:
# The "handy ruler" below makes it easier to edit a package description. Line
# up the first '|' above the ':' following the base package name, and the '|'
# on the right side marks the last column you can put a character in. You must
# make exactly 11 lines for the formatting to be correct. It's also
# customary to leave one space after the ':'.
