misc/klibc: Removed (build failure)
This will not build on recent kernels, and there doesn't seem to be anyone on the internet who cares enough to fix it, so I won't be the first. Signed-off-by: Robby Workman <rworkman@slackbuilds.org>

klibc is intended to be a minimalistic libc subset for use with
initramfs. It is deliberately written for small size, minimal
entanglement, and portability rather than speed. It is definitely
a work in progress, and a lot of things are still missing.

# HOW TO EDIT THIS FILE:
# The "handy ruler" below makes it easier to edit a package description. Line
# up the first '|' above the ':' following the base package name, and the '|'
# on the right side marks the last column you can put a character in. You must
# make exactly 11 lines for the formatting to be correct. It's also
# customary to leave one space after the ':'.
