This is MATE Tweak, a fork of mintDesktop.

MATE Tweak removes the Mint specific configuration options.
MATE Tweak adds User Interfacing switching.
MATE Tweak adds live Compiz switching.

This requires setproctitle, python-distutils-extra, and psutil
