Chess Griffin 17a0fa824e move libmatekeyring and mate-keyring from /testing to /extra since some of the extra pkgs require them. also update mate-build-extra.sh script to include them. thanks to ponce and willysr for testing and reporting on LQ.

Both libmatekeyring and mate-keyring build and install fine but I believe they
are unnecessary since it looks like MATE can hook into gnome-keyring which is
installed by default in Slackware.  But, I'm leaving them here just in case.
