+If you start MATE Volume Control in Applications > Sounds & Videos, sometimes, you will
+find this error message "no volume control gstreamer plugins and/or devices found".

+You can fix this by running these steps:
+- Go to System > Preferences > KDE System Settings > Multimedia

+- Click on Test button (make sure it gives you proper sound)
