More refactoring and cleaning ...

- split hpemu and jsEmu48 and assets
- add back hpemu files and directory structure
- add Makefile target to build, serve and clean jsEmu48
- update README.md a little
- remove duplicate readme and assets
- remove commited compiled jsEmu48 (jsEmu48/hp48.js & jsEmu48/hp48.wasm)
