On behalf of Microsoft Corporation, we would like to contribute a set of tests for the W3C XSLT
|
|
1.0/XPath 1.0 specifications in support of the OASIS XSLT/XPath Conformance Test Suite development.

3. The Contribution
|
|
|
|
The Contributor hereby makes certain materials, as described below, ("the Materials") available to
|
|
OASIS for use in supporting its activities. The Contributor hereby grants to OASIS a non-transferable
|
|
and non-sublicenseable, nonexclusive, world-wide, royalty free license under any owned copyrights in the Materials to copy, publish and distribute the Materials in whole or in part as OASIS Specification
|
|
[1], as well as a right and license of the same scope to any derivative works prepared by the OASIS and
|
|
based on, or incorporating all or part of the Materials.
|
|
|
|
THESE MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS," AND COPYRIGHT HOLDER MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES,
|
|
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A
|
|
PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR TITLE; THAT THE CONTENTS OF THE MATERIALS ARE SUITABLE FOR ANY
|
|
PURPOSE; NOR THAT THE IMPLEMENTATION OF SUCH CONTENTS WILL NOT INFRINGE ANY THIRD PARTY PATENTS,
|
|
COPYRIGHTS, TRADEMARKS OR OTHER RIGHTS.
|
|
|
|
COPYRIGHT HOLDER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING
|
|
OUT OF ANY USE OF THE MATERIALS OR THE PERFORMANCE OR IMPLEMENTATION OF THE CONTENTS THEREOF.
|
|
|
|
The Contributor agrees that any derivative works of the Materials prepared by OASIS shall be solely
|
|
owned by OASIS. The Contributor agrees that all contributed Materials when published or otherwise
|
|
distributed by OASIS will be governed by OASIS Policy on Intellectual Property Rights [1]. OASIS will
|
|
retain attribution of authorship and copyright ownership to the Contributors. Whenever modifications
|
|
are made to the Materials, this fact, and the nature of the modifications, will be clearly signaled in
|
|
the distributed version thereof. OASIS makes no a-priori commitment to support or distribute the
|
|
Materials.
|
|
|

The materials covered by this agreement are as follows:

|

|
|
|
|
