jez_higgins 5a339ca613 ErrorHandler callbacks should be able to thrown exceptions. However, exceptions ... cannot propagate through the COM boundary. ErrorHandlerAdaptor now caches reported errors until the parse has completed, then reports them to ErrorHandler afterwards.
