craigp98072	20191d188d	added a couple required tyename's in StringAdapter.h and test/XPath/execute_test.hpp ... added Makefile.common for CPPUNIT* definitions (and future maintenance) added include Makefile.common in Makefile.header* cleaned a couple test Makefiles; everything now compiles under linux gcc4.0.2	2005-10-24 03:33:52 +00:00
